Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method at checkout. You will see the available shipping options and their costs before finalizing your purchase.
Domestic Shipping (via USPS)
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days FREE for orders over $100+
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days $4.50 (based on item weight of < .2LB)
- USPS auto-adjusted carrier rates. (Weight and Address based. Shopify protects orders up to $100)

International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States. Apologies for any inconvenience. If you are international and would like to place an order, it can be arranged. Reach out to rachelcielo13@gmail.com for details.
Order Processing
Orders are processed M-F, excluding US Holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Delivery times begin after the item ships and do not include processing time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through USPS. Tracking information is updated regularly, though there may be a slight delay before the carrier's system reflects the shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if an item is returned. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover return shipping costs. For orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING (orders of $100+), the promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Addresses
Packages will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. We cannot modify the delivery address after an order has been placed. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays & Lost Packages
We work with reliable carriers including USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your tracking number.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located within 7 business days, we will issue a refund or a replacement.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier attempts delivery and the package is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipment, and you may be responsible for additional shipping costs or a restocking fee.
Large or Special Orders
For oversized items or large orders, special shipping arrangements may apply. We will contact you with shipping options and costs for these orders before processing.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping
Standard business hours apply to our shipping schedule. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping carriers may also observe their own holiday schedules, which can affect delivery times.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to refuse a package or arrange a return, please contact us as soon as possible.
